It is an enclosed arena designed to host large events in a flexible format:
- Concerts and live performances for audiences of more than 10,000 people
- Sporting events, including basketball, volleyball, and martial arts
- Conventions and corporate activities

- Long-span main steel structure capable of covering large spaces without intermediate supports
- Structural design optimized for dynamic loads
